And I lifted up my eyes and I saw, and behold, four horns.

And I said to the messenger speaking in me, 'What are these?' And he said to me, 'These are the horns which scattered Yehudah, Yisra'el, and Yerushalayim.'

And יהוה showed me four craftsmen.

And I said, 'What are these coming to do?' And he said, saying, 'These are the horns which scattered Yehudah, so that no man lifted his head. And these came to frighten them, to cast down the horns of the nations who lifted up a horn against the land of Yehudah to scatter it.'

And I lifted up my eyes and I saw, and behold, a man, and in his hand a measuring line.

And I said, 'Where are you going?' And he said to me, 'To measure Yerushalayim, to see its width and its length.'

And behold, the messenger speaking in me was going out, and another messenger was going out to meet him.

And he said to him, 'Run, speak to this young man, saying, Yerushalayim will dwell unwalled because of the multitude of men and beasts in its midst.'

And I, I will be a wall of fire around it, declares יהוה, and I will be glory in its midst.'

'Ho, ho! Flee from the land of the north, declares יהוה, for like the four winds of the heavens I have scattered you, declares יהוה.'

'Ho, Tsiyon! Escape, you who dwell in the daughter of Babel.'

For thus says יהוה of Hosts, after glory He sent me against the nations who plunder you, for he who touches you touches the pupil of His eye.

For behold, I am waving My hand against them, and they will be plunder for their servants. And you will know that יהוה of Hosts sent Me.

'Sing and rejoice, daughter of Tsiyon, for behold, I am coming and I will dwell in your midst, declares יהוה.'

And many nations will join themselves to יהוה in that day, and they will be to Me for a people, and I will dwell in your midst. And you will know that יהוה of Hosts sent Me to you.

And יהוה will inherit Yehudah, His portion, upon the holy land, and will again choose Yerushalayim.

'Be silent, all flesh, before יהוה, for He has awakened from His holy dwelling.'
