And in all this we are making a covenant and writing, and on the sealed ones are our princes, our Levites, our priests.

And on the sealed ones: Neḥemyah the Tirshatha, son of Ḥakalyah, and Tsidqiyah,

Serayah, Azaryah, Yirmeyah,

Pashḥur, Amaryah, Malkiyah,

Ḥattush, Shevanyah, Malluk,

Ḥarim, Meremot, ʻOvadyah,

Dani'el, Ginnethon, Baruk,

Meshullam, Aviyah, Miyamin,

Maʻazyah, Bilgai, Shmʻayah; these are the priests.

And the Levites: Yeshua son of Azanyah, Binnui of the sons of Ḥenadad, Qadmi'el,

and their brothers: Shevanyah, Hodiyah, Qelita, Pelayah, Ḥanan,

Mikha, Reḥov, Ḥashavyah,

Zakkur, Sherevyah, Shevanyah,

Hodiyah, Bani, Binui.

The heads of the people: Parʻosh, Pakḥat-Mo'av, ʻElam, Zattu, Bani,

Bunni, ʻAzgad, Bevai,

Adoniyah, Bigvai, ʻAdin,

ʻAter, Ḥizqiyah, ʻAzzur,

Hodiyah, Ḥashum, Betzay,

Ḥariph, ʻAnathoth, Neivay,

Magpiʻash, Meshullam, Ḥezir,

Mezizav'el, Tsadoq, Yadduʻa,

Paltayah, Ḥanan, ʻAnayah,

Hosea, Ḥananyah, Ḥashuv,

Halloshesh, Pilaḥa, Shovak,

Reḥum, Ḥashavnah, Maʻaseyah,

and Aḥiyah, Ḥanan, ʻAnan,

Malluk, Ḥarim, Baʻanah.

And the rest of the people, the priests, the Levites, the gatekeepers, the singers, the temple servants, and everyone who has separated himself from the peoples of the lands to the torah of Elohim, their wives, their sons, and their daughters, everyone who has knowledge and understanding,

are holding fast to their brothers, their nobles, and are entering into an oath and into a curse to walk in the torah of Elohim, which was given by the hand of Mosheh, servant of Elohim, and to keep and to do all the commandments of יהוה our Adonai, and his judgments and his statutes.

And that we will not give our daughters to the peoples of the land, and their daughters we will not take for our sons.

And the peoples of the land who bring wares and every commodity on the Sabbath day to sell, we will not take from them on the Sabbath and on a holy day; and we will forgo the seventh year and the release of every debt.

And we imposed upon ourselves ordinances to give upon ourselves a third of a shekel a year for the service of the house of our Elohim,

for the bread of the arrangement, and for the continual meal offering, and for the continual burnt offering, for the Sabbaths, for the new moons, for the appointed times, and for the holy things, and for the sin offerings to make atonement for Yisra'el, and for all the work of the house of our Elohim.

And we cast lots for the offering of the wood, the priests, the Levites, and the people, to bring to the house of our Elohim, to the house of our fathers, at appointed times, year by year, to burn on the altar of יהוה our Elohim, as it is written in the torah.

And to bring the firstfruits of our ground and the firstfruits of every tree, year by year, to the house of יהוה.

And the firstborn of our sons and of our livestock, as it is written in the torah, and the firstborn of our cattle and of our sheep, to bring to the house of our Elohim, to the priests who serve in the house of our Elohim.

And the first of our dough, and our contributions, and the fruit of every tree, new wine and oil, we will bring to the priests to the storehouses of the house of our Elohim; and the tithe of our ground to the Levites, and they, the Levites, are tithing in all the cities of our labor.

And the priest, son of Aharon, shall be with the Levites when the Levites tithe, and the Levites shall bring up the tithe of the tithe to the house of our Elohim, to the storehouse chambers.

For to the storehouse chambers the sons of Yisra'el and the sons of the Levite shall bring the contribution of grain, new wine, and oil; and there are the vessels of the sanctuary, and the priests who serve, and the gatekeepers, and the singers; and we will not forsake the house of our Elohim.
