And a soul, when it sins, and hears a voice of an oath, and it is a witness, or it saw, or it knew, if it does not report, then it bears its iniquity.

Or a soul that touches anything unclean, or the carcass of an unclean wild animal, or the carcass of unclean livestock, or the carcass of an unclean creeping thing, and it is hidden from it, and it is unclean, and guilty.

Or if it touches the uncleanness of a person, for any uncleanness by which he becomes unclean, and it is hidden from him, and he knew, and is guilty.

Or a soul that swears, speaking rashly with its lips, to do evil or to do good, for anything that a person speaks in an oath, and it is hidden from him, and he knew, and is guilty for one of these.

And it shall be, when he is guilty for one of these, that he confesses that he has sinned in it.

And he shall bring his guilt offering to יהוה for his sin which he has sinned, a female from the flock, a lamb or a female goat, for a sin offering, and the priest shall atone for him concerning his sin which he has sinned.

And if his hand does not reach enough for a sheep, then he shall bring his guilt offering which he has sinned, two turtledoves or two young pigeons, to יהוה, one for a sin offering and one for a burnt offering.

And he shall bring them to the priest, and he shall offer that which is for the sin offering first, and he shall wring its head from its neck, and he shall not separate it.

And he shall sprinkle some of the blood of the sin offering on the wall of the altar, and the remainder of the blood shall be drained at the base of the altar; it is a sin offering.

And the second he shall make a burnt offering according to the ordinance, and the priest shall atone for him concerning his sin which he has sinned, and it shall be forgiven him.

And if his hand does not reach for two turtledoves or two young pigeons, then he shall bring his offering which he has sinned, a tenth of an ephah of fine flour for a sin offering; he shall not put oil on it, nor shall he put frankincense on it, for it is a sin offering.

And he shall bring it to the priest, and the priest shall take a handful of it, its memorial portion, and burn it on the altar, as יהוה's offerings by fire, it is a sin offering.

And the priest shall atone for him concerning his sin which he has sinned in one of these, and it shall be forgiven him, and it shall be to the priest like the grain offering.

And יהוה spoke to Mosheh, saying:

A soul, when it acts treacherously, and sins unintentionally concerning the holy things of יהוה, then he shall bring his guilt offering to יהוה, a ram without blemish from the flock, according to your valuation, in silver shekels, according to the sanctuary shekel, for a guilt offering.

And that which he has sinned against the holy thing, he shall restore, and he shall add a fifth part to it, and give it to the priest, and the priest shall atone for him with the ram of the guilt offering, and it shall be forgiven him.

And if a soul sins, and does one of all the commandments of יהוה which are not to be done, and he did not know, and is guilty, then he shall bear his iniquity.

And he shall bring a ram without blemish from the flock, according to your valuation, for a guilt offering, to the priest, and the priest shall atone for him concerning his unintentional sin which he unintentionally committed, and he did not know, and it shall be forgiven him.

It is a guilt offering; he has indeed been guilty before יהוה.

And יהוה spoke to Mosheh, saying:

A soul, when it sins, and acts treacherously against יהוה, and denies to his neighbor concerning a deposit, or concerning a pledge, or concerning robbery, or oppresses his neighbor.

Or finds a lost item, and denies it, and swears falsely concerning any of these things that a person does to sin by them.

And it shall be, when he sins and is guilty, that he shall restore that which he robbed, or that which he oppressed, or the deposit that was deposited with him, or the lost item that he found.

Or concerning anything about which he swore falsely, and he shall pay it back in full, and add a fifth part to it, and give it to him to whom it belongs, on the day of his guilt offering.

And his guilt offering he shall bring to יהוה, a ram without blemish from the flock, according to your valuation, for a guilt offering, to the priest.

And the priest shall atone for him before יהוה, and it shall be forgiven him for any of these things by which he has become guilty.
