And יהוה spoke to Mosheh, saying,

Speak to the sons of Yisra'el, saying, When a person sins, through error, from all the commandments of יהוה which are not to be done, and he does one of them,

If the anointed priest sins, to bring guilt upon the people, then he shall bring for his sin which he sinned, a bull, a perfect young bull, for a sin offering to יהוה.

And he shall bring the bull to the entrance of the Tent of Meeting before יהוה, and he shall lay his hand on the head of the bull, and slaughter the bull before יהוה.

And the anointed priest shall take some of the blood of the bull and bring it into the Tent of Meeting.

And the priest shall dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle some of the blood seven times before יהוה, toward the veil of the sanctuary.

And the priest shall put some of the blood on the horns of the altar of fragrant incense before יהוה, which is in the Tent of Meeting, and all the blood of the bull he shall pour out at the base of the burnt offering altar, which is at the entrance of the Tent of Meeting.

And all the fat of the sin offering bull he shall remove, the fat that covers the innards, and all the fat that is on the innards,

And the two kidneys and the fat that is on them, which is on the loins, and the lobe of the liver, he shall remove from the kidneys.

Just as it is removed from the ox of the peace offering, and the priest shall burn them on the altar of the burnt offering.

And the skin of the bull, and all its flesh, with its head, and with its legs, and its inner parts, and its dung,

And he shall take the entire bull outside the camp to a clean place, to the place of the ash heap, and burn it on wood with fire, on the ash heap it shall be burned.

And if the entire community of Yisra'el sins, and the matter is hidden from the eyes of the assembly, and they do one of all the commandments of יהוה which are not to be done, and they become guilty,

And the sin which they sinned in is made known, then the assembly shall bring a young bull for a sin offering, and they shall bring it before the Tent of Meeting.

And the elders of the assembly shall lay their hands on the head of the bull before יהוה, and the bull shall be slaughtered before יהוה.

And the anointed priest shall bring some of the blood of the bull into the Tent of Meeting.

And the priest shall dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle it seven times before יהוה, toward the veil.

And from the blood he shall put on the horns of the altar which is before יהוה, which is in the Tent of Meeting, and all the blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar of the burnt offering, which is at the entrance of the Tent of Meeting.

And all its fat he shall remove from it, and burn it on the altar.

And he shall do with the bull as he did with the sin offering bull, so he shall do with this one, and the priest shall make atonement for them, and they shall be forgiven.

And he shall take the bull outside the camp and burn it, just as the first bull was burned; it is the sin offering of the assembly.

When a ruler sins and does one of all the commandments of יהוה his Elohim, which are not to be done, through error, and he becomes guilty,

Or if his sin which he sinned in is made known to him, then he shall bring his offering, a male goat, perfect.

And he shall lay his hand on the head of the goat and slaughter it in the place where the burnt offering is slaughtered before יהוה; it is a sin offering.

And the priest shall take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of the burnt offering, and its blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar of the burnt offering.

And all its fat he shall burn on the altar, like the fat of the peace offering, and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin which he sinned, and he shall be forgiven.

And if any person of the people of the land sins through error, by doing one of the commandments of יהוה which are not to be done, and becomes guilty,

Or if his sin which he sinned in is made known to him, then he shall bring his offering, a female goat, perfect, for his sin which he sinned.

And he shall lay his hand on the head of the sin offering and slaughter the sin offering in the place of the burnt offering.

And the priest shall take some of its blood with his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of the burnt offering, and all its blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar.

And all its fat he shall remove, just as the fat is removed from the peace offering, and the priest shall burn it on the altar for a pleasing aroma to יהוה, and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin which he sinned, and he shall be forgiven.

And if he brings a lamb as his offering for a sin offering, he shall bring a female, perfect.

And he shall lay his hand on the head of the sin offering and slaughter it as a sin offering in the place where the burnt offering is slaughtered.

And the priest shall take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of the burnt offering, and all its blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar.

And all its fat he shall remove, just as the fat of the lamb is removed from the peace offering, and the priest shall burn them on the altar, as offerings by fire to יהוה, and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin which he sinned, and he shall be forgiven.
