And they had for their inheritance Be'er Sheva, and Sheva, and Moladah,

and Ḥatsar Shu'al, and Bala, and 'Etsam,

and Eltolad, and Betul, and Hormah,

and Tsiklag, and Beit HaMarkavot, and Ḥatsar Susah,

and Beit Leva'ot, and Sharukhen, thirteen cities and their villages.

'Ayin Rimmon, and 'Eter, and 'Ashan, four cities and their villages.

And all the villages that were around these cities, as far as Ba'alat Be'er, Ramat Neggev. This is the inheritance of the clan of the sons of Shim'on for their families.

From the portion of the sons of Yehudah was the inheritance of the sons of Shim'on, because the portion of the sons of Yehudah was too much for them. And the sons of Shim'on inherited in the midst of their inheritance.

And the third lot came up for the sons of Zevulun, for their families, and the border of their inheritance was to Sarid.

And their border went up to the sea, and Mar'alah, and it touched Daboshet, and it touched the stream that is before Yoqne'am.

And it turned from Sarid eastward, toward the sunrise, to the border of Kislot Tabor, and it went out to HaDaberat, and went up to Yafi'a.

And from there it went eastward, toward the sunrise, to Gittah Ḥefer, to 'Itah Qatsin, and went out to Rimmon HaMeta'or HaNe'ah.

And the border turned around it from the north to Ḥannaton, and its outlets were the valley of Yiftah-'El.

And Qattat, and Naḥalol, and Shimron, and Yid'alah, and Beit Lehem, twelve cities and their villages.

This is the inheritance of the sons of Zevulun for their families; these cities and their villages.

For Yissaskar, the fourth lot came out for the sons of Yissaskar, for their families.

And their border was to Yizre'el, and to HaKsolot, and to Shunem,

and to Ḥapharayim, and to Shiyon, and to Anaḥarot,

and to HaRabbith, and to Qishyon, and to 'Avets,

and to Remet, and to 'Ein Gannim, and to 'Ein Ḥadah, and Beit Paṣṣets.

And the border touched Tabor, and Shaḥatsimah, and Beit Shemesh, and its outlets were the Yarden; sixteen cities and their villages.

This is the inheritance of the clan of the sons of Yissaskar for their families; these cities and their villages.

And the fifth lot came out for the clan of the sons of Asher, for their families.

And their border was to Ḥelqat, and to Ḥali, and to Beten, and to 'Akshaf,

and 'Elamelek, and 'Am'ad, and Mish'al, and it touched Karmel toward the sea, and to Shiḥor Livnat.

And it turned from the sunrise to Beit Dagon, and touched Zevulun from the north, and to Asher from the sea, and to Yehudah the Yarden from the sunrise.

'Ebron, and Reḥov, and Ḥammon, and Qanah, as far as Tsidon Rabah.

And the border turned back to Ramah, and to the fortified city of Tsoref, and the border turned back to Ḥosah, and its outlets were the sea from the portion of 'Akhziv.

'Ummáh, and 'Afek, and Reḥov; twenty-two cities and their villages.

This is the inheritance of the clan of the sons of Asher for their families; these cities and their villages.

For the sons of Naftali, the sixth lot came out for the sons of Naftali, for their families.

And their border was from Ḥelef, from the oak in Tsanan'im, and Adamí HaNeqev, and Yavne'el, as far as Laqum, and its outlets were the Yarden.

And the border turned westward to Aznot Tabor, and went out from there to Ḥukokah, and touched Zevulun from the south, and touched Asher from the sea, and Yehudah the Yarden toward the sunrise.

And the fortified cities were Tsiddim, Tseref, and Ḥammat, Raqqat, and Kinnéret,

and 'Adamah, and HaRamah, and Ḥatsor,

and Qedesh, and Edre'i, and 'Ein Ḥatsor,

and Yir'on, and Migdal-'El, Ḥorem, and Beit-'Anat, and Beit Shemesh; nineteen cities and their villages.

This is the inheritance of the clan of the sons of Naftali for their families; these cities and their villages.

For the clan of the sons of Dan, for their families, the seventh lot came out.

And the border of their inheritance was Tsore'ah, and 'Eshta'ol, and 'Ir Shemesh.

And Sha'alabbin, and 'Ayya'lon, and Yitlah.

And 'Elon, and Timnatáh, and 'Eqron.

And 'Elteqeh, and Gibbeton, and Ba'alat.

And Yehud, and Benei-Beraq, and Gat-Rimmon.

And Me-HaYarqon, and Rakkon, with the border opposite Yoqne'am.

And the border of the sons of Dan went out from them. And the sons of Dan went up and fought with Leshem, and they captured it, and struck it by the mouth of the sword, and possessed it, and lived in it. And they called Leshem Dan, according to the name of Dan their father.

This is the inheritance of the clan of the sons of Dan for their families; these cities and their villages.

And they finished inheriting the land according to its borders. And the sons of Yisra'el gave an inheritance to Yehoshua bin Nun in their midst.

By the command of יהוה they gave him the city which he asked for, Timnat-Serah in the hill country of Efrayim. And he built the city and lived in it.
