The word which was to יהוה to say.

Hear the words of this covenant and speak to the man of Yehudah and to the inhabitants of Yerushalayim.

And you shall say to them, 'Thus says יהוה, Elohim of Yisra'el: Cursed is the man who does not hear the words of this covenant.'

Which I commanded your fathers in the day of My bringing them out from the land of Mitsrayim, from the iron furnace, saying, 'Hear My voice and do them according to all that I command you, and you shall be to Me for a people, and I will be to you for Elohim.'

In order to establish the oath which I swore to your fathers, to give to them a land flowing with milk and honey, as this day.' And I answered and said, 'Amen, יהוה.'

And יהוה said to me, 'Proclaim all these words in the cities of Yehudah and in the streets of Yerushalayim, saying, 'Hear the words of this covenant and do them.''

For I testified to your fathers in the day of My bringing them up from the land of Mitsrayim, and until this day, early and testifying, saying, 'Hear My voice.'

And they did not hear, and did not incline their ear, and they walked in the stubbornness of their evil heart, and I brought upon them all the words of this covenant which I commanded to do, and they did not do.'

And יהוה said to me, 'A conspiracy is found among the men of Yehudah and among the inhabitants of Yerushalayim.'

They have turned back to the iniquities of their former fathers who refused to hear My words, and they walked after other elohim to serve them. The house of Yisra'el and the house of Yehudah have broken My covenant which I made with their fathers.'

Therefore, thus says יהוה, 'Behold, I am bringing upon them evil from which they will not be able to escape, and they will cry out to Me, and I will not hear them.'

And the cities of Yehudah and the inhabitants of Yerushalayim will go and cry out to the elohim to whom they offer incense, and salvation will not save them in the time of their trouble.

For the number of your cities were your elohim, Yehudah, and the number of the streets of Yerushalayim you have set up altars to shame, altars to offer incense to the Ba'al.'

And you, do not pray for this people, and do not lift up for them a cry and a prayer, for I am not hearing in the time of their calling to Me for their trouble.

What does My beloved have to do in My house, having done her many schemes? And holy flesh will pass over from you; when your evil, then you will rejoice.

A green olive tree, beautiful of fruit, of appearance, יהוה called your name. At the sound of a great tumult, He set fire upon it, and its branches will be broken.

And יהוה Tzeva'ot, the planter of you, spoke evil concerning you because of the evil of the house of Yisra'el and the house of Yehudah, which they did for themselves to provoke Me to anger, to offer incense to the Ba'al.'

And יהוה made it known to me, and I knew; then He showed me their deeds.

And I was like an innocent lamb being led to slaughter, and I did not know that they had devised plans against me, saying, 'Let us destroy the tree with its sap, and let us cut him off from the land of the living, and his name shall no longer be remembered.'

And יהוה Tzeva'ot, the righteous judge, testing kidneys and heart, I will see Your vengeance upon them, for to You I have revealed my cause.

Therefore, thus says יהוה concerning the men of Anathoth who seek your life, saying, 'Do not prophesy in the name of יהוה, and you shall not die by our hand.'

Therefore, thus says יהוה Tzeva'ot, 'Behold, I am visiting punishment upon them. The young men shall die by the sword, and their sons and their daughters shall die by the famine.'

And a remnant shall not be to them, for I am bringing evil upon the men of Anathoth, the year of their punishment.'
