For Tsiyon's sake I will not be silent, and for Yerushalayim's sake I will not be quiet, until her righteousness goes out like brightness, and her salvation like a torch burning.

And nations will see your righteousness, and all kings your glory; and they will call you by a new name, which the mouth of יהוה will name.

And you will be a crown of splendor in the hand of יהוה, and a royal turban in the palm of your Elohim.

You will no longer be called 'Forsaken,' and your land will no longer be called 'Desolate,' but you will be called 'My Delight is in Her,' and your land 'Married,' for יהוה delights in you, and your land will be married.

For as a young man marries a virgin, your sons will marry you, and as a groom rejoices over a bride, your Elohim will rejoice over you.

Upon your walls, Yerushalayim, I have appointed watchmen; all day and all night they will not be silent. You who remind יהוה, do not be silent.

And do not give Him rest until He establishes, and until He makes Yerushalayim a praise in the earth.

יהוה has sworn by His right hand and by His arm of strength: 'If I give your grain as food to your enemies, and if foreigners drink your new wine for which you labored.'

For those who gather it will eat it and praise יהוה, and those who collect it will drink it in the courtyards of My sanctuary.

Go, go through the gates; clear the way for the people. Build up, build up the highway; clear it of stones; lift up a signal over the nations.

Look, יהוה has made it known to the ends of the earth. Say to the daughter of Tsiyon, 'Look, your salvation is coming; look, His reward is with Him, and His recompense before Him.'

And they will call them 'The Holy People,' 'The Redeemed of יהוה,' and you will be called 'Sought Out,' 'A City Not Forsaken.'
