And now, thus says יהוה, your maker Ya'aqov, and your former Yisra'el: Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; you are Mine.

When you pass through the waters, I am with you; and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, and the flame will not consume you.

For I am יהוה your Elohim, the Holy One of Yisra'el, your Savior. I have given Mitsrayim as your ransom, Kush and Seva in your place.

Because you are precious in My sight, you are honored, and I have loved you; and I will give people in your place, and nations in exchange for your life.

Do not fear, for I am with you; from the east I will bring your offspring, and from the west I will gather you.

I will say to the north, 'Give,' and to the south, 'Do not withhold.' Bring My sons from afar, and My daughters from the ends of the earth.

Everyone who is called by My name, and whom I have created for My glory; I have formed him, indeed, I have made him.

Bring out the people who are blind, even though they have eyes, and the deaf, though they have ears.

All the nations have gathered together, and the peoples have assembled. Who among them declared this, and told us former things? Let them bring their witnesses, and be justified; let them hear, and say, 'It is true.'

You are My witnesses, declares יהוה, and My servant whom I have chosen, so that you may know and believe Me, and understand that I am He. Before Me, no Elohim was formed, nor shall there be after Me.

I, I myself, am יהוה, and besides Me there is no savior.

I have declared, and I have saved, and I have made it known; and there was no stranger among you. You are My witnesses, declares יהוה, and I am Elohim.

Even from the day, I am He; and there is no one who can deliver from My hand. I will act, and who can reverse it?

Thus says יהוה, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Yisra'el: For your sake, I have sent to Babylon, and have brought down all their bars, and the cry of the Chaldeans is in their ships.

I am יהוה, your Holy One, the Creator of Yisra'el, your King.

Thus says יהוה, who makes a way in the sea, and a path in the mighty waters.

Who brings out the chariot and the horse, the army and the mighty one; they will lie down together, they will not rise; they are extinguished, like a wick they have gone out.

Do not remember the former things, and do not consider the things of the past.

Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, rivers in the desert.

The wild animals of the field will honor Me, the jackals and the ostriches, because I have given waters in the wilderness, rivers in the desert, to give drink to My people, My chosen.

This people I have formed for Myself; they will declare My praise.

But you have not called upon Me, Ya'aqov; you have become weary of Me, Yisra'el.

You have not brought Me the lamb of your burnt offerings, nor have you honored Me with your sacrifices. I have not burdened you with an offering, nor have I wearied you with incense.

You have not bought Me sweet cane with money, nor have you satisfied Me with the fat of your sacrifices; but you have burdened Me with your sins, you have wearied Me with your iniquities.

I, I myself, am He who blots out your transgressions for My own sake, and I will not remember your sins.

Remind Me; let us contend together; state your case, so that you may be justified.

Your first father sinned, and your teachers have transgressed against Me.

Therefore I will profane the princes of the sanctuary, and I will give Ya'aqov to destruction, and Yisra'el to reproach.
