And it happened after this, and David struck the Pelishtim and subdued them, and David took the bridle of the mother from the hand of the Pelishtim.

And he struck Moab, and he measured them with a rope, laying them on the ground, and he measured two ropes to kill, and the fullness of a rope to keep alive. And Moab became to David servants, bearers of tribute.

And David struck Hadadezer, son of Rehov, king of Tsavah, as he went to restore his hand by the Euphrates River.

And David captured from him one thousand and seven hundred horsemen, and twenty thousand footmen. And David hamstrung all the chariots, and he left from them one hundred chariots.

And Aram of Damascus came to help Hadadezer, king of Tsavah. And David struck Aram, twenty-two thousand men.

And David set garrisons in Aram of Damascus, and Aram became to David servants, bearers of tribute. And יהוה saved David in all that he went.

And David took the gold shields that were with the servants of Hadadezer, and he brought them to Yerushalayim.

And from Betah and from Berothai, cities of Hadadezer, King David took very much bronze.

And To'i, king of Hamat, heard that David struck all the army of Hadadezer.

And To'i sent his son Yoram to King David to ask him for peace, and to bless him, because he had fought against Hadadezer and struck him, for Hadadezer was a man of wars of To'i, and in his hand were vessels of silver, and vessels of gold, and vessels of bronze.

Also these King David consecrated to יהוה, along with the silver and the gold that he consecrated from all the nations that he subdued.

From Aram, and from Moab, and from the sons of Ammon, and from the Pelishtim, and from Amalek, and from the spoil of Hadadezer, son of Rehov, king of Tsavah.

And David made a name when he returned from striking Aram in the Valley of Salt, eighteen thousand.

And he set garrisons in Edom; throughout all Edom he set garrisons, and all Edom became servants to David. And יהוה saved David in all that he went.

And David reigned over all Yisra'el, and David was doing justice and righteousness for all his people.

And Yo'av, son of Tsruyah, was over the army; and Yehoshaphat, son of Aḥilud, was recorder.

And Tsadoq, son of Aḥituv, and Aḥimelekh, son of Evyatar, were priests; and Serayah was scribe.

And Benayahu, son of Yehoyada, and the Keretim and the Peletim, and the sons of David were priests.
