And when all this was finished, all Yisra'el who were found went out to the cities of Yehudah, and they broke the pillars, and they cut down the Asherah poles, and they tore down the high places and the altars from all Yehudah and Binyamin and Efrayim and Menashsheh, until they were finished. And all the sons of Yisra'el returned, each man to his possession, to his cities.

And Yeḥizqiyah appointed the divisions of the priests and the Levites according to their divisions, each man according to his service, for the priests and for the Levites, for burnt offerings and for peace offerings, to serve and to give thanks and to praise in the courtyards of the camps of יהוה.

And the king's portion from his possessions for burnt offerings, for the morning and evening burnt offerings, and for the burnt offerings of the Sabbaths, and of the new moons, and of the appointed times, as it is written in the Torah of יהוה.

And he said to the people, to the inhabitants of Yerushalayim, to give the portion of the priests and the Levites, so that they might strengthen themselves in the Torah of יהוה.

And when the matter was proclaimed, the sons of Yisra'el brought the first of grain, new wine, and oil, and honey, and all the produce of the field; and the tithe of all they brought in abundantly.

And the sons of Yisra'el and Yehudah who lived in the cities of Yehudah, they also brought the tithe of cattle and sheep, and the tithe of holy things which were consecrated to יהוה their Elohim, and they laid them in heaps upon heaps.

In the third month they began to lay the foundations of the heaps, and in the seventh month they finished.

And Yeḥizqiyah and the officials came and saw the heaps, and they blessed יהוה and His people Yisra'el.

And Yeḥizqiyah inquired about the heaps for the priests and the Levites.

And Azaryahu, the chief priest of the house of Tsadoq, said to him, 'From the time we began to bring the contributions to the house of יהוה, we have eaten and been satisfied, and there is plenty left over, because יהוה has blessed His people, and this abundance is left.'

And Yeḥizqiyah said to prepare storehouses in the house of יהוה, and they prepared them.

And they brought the contribution and the tithe and the consecrated things in faithfulness. And over them was the overseer (Kananayahu) [Kananayahu] the Levite, and Shim'i his brother, second in command.

And Yeḥi'el, and Azaryahu, and Naḥat, and Asa'el, and Yerimot, and Yozavad, and Eli'el, and Yismakyahu, and Maḥat, and Benayahu, were appointed under the hand of (Kananayahu) [Kananayahu] and Shim'i his brother, by the appointment of King Yeḥizqiyah and Azaryahu, the ruler of the house of Elohim.

And Qore son of Yimnah the Levite, the doorkeeper toward the east, was over the freewill offerings of Elohim, to give the contribution of יהוה and the most holy things.

And under his hand were 'Eden, and Miniyamin, and Yeshua, and Shim'ayahu, and 'Amarayahu, and Shakhanyahu, in the cities of the priests, in faithfulness, to give to their brothers in divisions, to the great and to the small.

Besides their genealogical registration for males from thirty years old and upward, for everyone who came into the house of יהוה, for his daily duty, for their service in their watches, according to their divisions.

And the genealogical registration of the priests was according to their fathers' houses, and of the Levites from twenty years old and upward, in their watches, in their divisions.

And for the genealogical registration of all their little ones, their wives, and their sons, and their daughters, for the whole assembly, for in faithfulness they consecrated themselves as holy.

And for the sons of Aharon the priests, in the fields of the pastures of their cities, in every city, there were men who were designated by name to give portions to every male among the priests, and to everyone registered among the Levites.

And Yeḥizqiyah did this in all Yehudah, and he did what was good and right and true before יהוה his Elohim.

And in every work that he began in the service of the house of Elohim, and in the Torah and in the commandment, to seek his Elohim with all his heart, he did and succeeded.
