And the queen of Sheba heard the report of Shelomoh concerning the name of יהוה, and she came to test him with riddles.

And she came to Yerushalayim with a very great company, camels bearing spices and very much gold and precious stones, and she came to Shelomoh and spoke with him all that was in her heart.

And Shelomoh told her all her matters; there was not a thing hidden from the king which he did not tell her.

And the queen of Sheba saw all the wisdom of Shelomoh, and the house which he built,

and the food of his table, and the seating of his servants, and the standing of his ministers, and their garments, and his drink-bearers, and his burnt offering which he offered in the house of יהוה, and there was no more spirit in her.

And she said to the king, True was the word which I heard in my land concerning your words and concerning your wisdom.

And I did not believe the words until I came and my eyes saw, and behold, not half was told me; you have added wisdom and goodness to the report which I heard.

Happy are your men, happy are these your servants who stand before you always, hearing your wisdom.

Blessed be יהוה your Elohim, who delighted in you to place you on the throne of Yisra'el; because of the love of יהוה for Yisra'el forever, he made you king to do justice and righteousness.

And she gave the king one hundred and twenty talents of gold, and spices in great abundance, and precious stones; there was not such spice again in abundance as that which the queen of Sheba gave to King Shelomoh.

And also Ḥiram's ships which carried gold from Ophir, brought from Ophir very much almug wood and precious stones.

And the king made of the almug wood supports for the house of יהוה and for the king's house, and lyres and harps for the singers; there was not such almug wood, nor has it been seen until this day.

And King Shelomoh gave to the queen of Sheba all her desire, whatever she asked, besides what Shelomoh gave her according to the king's hand; and she turned and went to her land, she and her servants.

And the weight of the gold that came to Shelomoh in one year was six hundred sixty-six talents of gold,

besides the men who traveled, and the trade of the merchants, and all the kings of Arabia, and the governors of the land.

And King Shelomoh made two hundred shields of hammered gold; six hundred shekels of gold went up on one shield.

And three hundred shields of hammered gold; three pounds of gold went up on one shield, and the king put them in the house of the forest of Lebanon.

And the king made a great ivory throne and overlaid it with refined gold.

There were six steps to the throne and a rounded top to the throne from behind, and armrests on this side and that side by the place of sitting, and two lions stood beside the armrests.

And twelve lions stood there on the six steps, on this side and on that side; nothing like it was made for all the kingdoms.

And all King Shelomoh's drinking vessels were gold, and all the vessels of the house of the forest of Lebanon were solid gold; silver was not accounted for in the days of Shelomoh, not at all.

For the king had ships of Tarshish at sea with Ḥiram's ships; once every three years the ships of Tarshish came, carrying gold and silver, ivory, apes, and peacocks.

And King Shelomoh grew greater than all the kings of the earth in riches and wisdom.

And all the earth sought the presence of Shelomoh to hear his wisdom, which Elohim had put in his heart.

And they brought each man his gift, silver vessels and gold vessels, and robes and armor, and spices, horses and mules, a tribute year by year.

And Shelomoh gathered chariots and horsemen, and he had one thousand four hundred chariots, and twelve thousand horsemen, and he stationed them in the chariot cities and with the king in Yerushalayim.

And the king made silver in Yerushalayim like stones, and he made cedars like sycamores which are in the lowlands, in great abundance.

And the export of horses which Shelomoh had from Mitsrayim, and from the market of the king's traders; they took them from the market for a price.

And a chariot came up and went out of Mitsrayim for six hundred shekels of silver, and a horse for fifty and a hundred; and so for all the kings of the Hittites and for the kings of Aram, they brought them out by their hand.
