And for the sons of Aharon, their divisions: sons of Aharon, Nadav and Avihu, Eleazar and Ithamar.

And Nadav and Avihu died before their father, and sons they did not have for them, and Eleazar and Ithamar ministered.

And David and Tsadoq divided them from the sons of Eleazar and Achimelekh from the sons of Ithamar for their service in their service.

And sons of Eleazar were found, many for heads of men, from sons of Ithamar, and they divided them: sons of Eleazar, heads for fathers' houses, sixteen, and for sons of Ithamar, for their fathers' houses, eight.

And they divided them by lots, these with these, for there were chiefs of the holy and chiefs of Elohim from the sons of Eleazar and from the sons of Ithamar.

And Shama'yah, son of Netan'el the scribe, wrote them down from the Levi, before the king and the officials, and Tsadoq the priest, and Achimelekh son of Evyatar, and the heads of the fathers for the priests and for the Levi, one father's house taken for Eleazar, and one taken for Ithamar.

And the first lot went out for Yehoyariv, for Yada'yah the second.

For Kharim the third, for Se'orim the fourth.

For Malkiyah the fifth, for Miyamin the sixth.

For Haqots the seventh, for Aviyah the eighth.

For Yeshua the ninth, for Shakhanyahu the tenth.

For Elyashiv the eleventh, for Yaqim the twelfth.

For Huppah the thirteenth, for Yesheb'av the fourteenth.

For Bilgah the fifteenth, for Immer the sixteenth.

For Hezir the seventeenth, for Hafeftsits the eighteenth.

For Petaḥyah the nineteenth, for Yeḥezqel the twentieth.

For Yaqin the twenty-first, for Gamul the twenty-second.

For Delanyahu the twenty-third, for Ma'azyahu the twenty-fourth.

These are their assignments for their service, to enter the house of יהוה, according to their rule, by the hand of Aharon their father, as יהוה Elohim of Yisra'el commanded him.

And for the sons of Levi who remained: for the sons of Amram, Shuba'el; for the sons of Shuba'el, Yeḥdeyah.

For Reḥavyahu: for the sons of Reḥavyahu, the chief Yishiyyah.

For the Yitsḥari, Shlomot; for the sons of Shlomot, Yaḥat.

Sons of Uzi'el: Mikah; for the sons of Mikah, Shamir.

Sons of Merari: Makhlis and Mushis; sons of Ya'aziyahu, his son.

And they also cast lots opposite their brothers, the sons of Aharon, before David the king, and Tsadoq, and Achimelekh, and the heads of the fathers for the priests and for the Levi, the father of the chief opposite his younger brother.
