And the word of יהוה came to me, saying:

And you, son of Adam, thus says Adonai Elohim to the land of Yisra'el: An end has come, the end has come upon the four corners of the land.

Now the end is upon you, and I will send my anger upon you, and I will judge you according to your ways, and I will put upon you all your abominations.

And my eye will not pity you, and I will not spare, for I will put your ways upon you, and your abominations will be in your midst, and you will know that I am יהוה.

Thus says Adonai Elohim: One disaster, behold, a disaster has come.

An end has come, the end has come; it has awakened for you; behold, it has come.

The time has come for you, inhabitant of the land; the time has arrived; the day is near, a day of turmoil and not of distant mountain echoes.

Now, soon I will pour out my wrath upon you, and I will finish my anger upon you, and I will judge you according to your ways, and I will put upon you all your abominations.

And my eye will not pity, and I will not spare; according to your ways I will put them upon you, and your abominations will be in your midst, and you will know that I am יהוה who strikes.

Behold, the day, behold, it has come; the time has arrived; the staff has budded, pride has blossomed.

Violence has risen up as a staff of wickedness; none of them, nor their multitude, nor their tumult, nor any of them will remain.

The time has come, the day has arrived; let the buyer not rejoice, and let the seller not mourn, for wrath is upon its entire multitude.

For the seller will not return to what was sold, and while they are still alive, their life is still theirs; for the vision concerning its entire multitude will not return, and no one will strengthen himself by his iniquity.

They have blown the trumpet and prepared everything, but no one goes to battle, for my wrath is upon its entire multitude.

The sword is outside, and plague and famine are inside; he who is in the field will die by the sword, and he who is in the city, famine and plague will consume him.

And their survivors will escape, and they will be in the mountains like doves of the valleys, all of them moaning, each one because of his iniquity.

All hands will be limp, and all knees will go like water.

And they will gird themselves with sackcloth, and fear will cover them, and upon all faces will be shame, and upon all their heads, baldness.

They will cast their silver in the streets, and their gold will be like a menstruous cloth; their silver and their gold will not be able to save them on the day of יהוה's wrath; their souls will not be satisfied, nor will their bellies be filled, for it was the stumbling block of their iniquity.

And the beauty of its ornament, they made it for pride, and they made images of their abominations and their detestable things with it; therefore, I will make it like a menstruous cloth to them.

And I will give it into the hands of strangers for plunder, and to the wicked of the land for spoil, and they will desecrate it.

And I will turn my face from them, and they will desecrate my hidden place, and robbers will enter and desecrate it.

Make the chains, for the land is full of the judgment of blood, and the city is full of violence.

And I will bring the worst of the nations, and they will possess their houses; and I will put an end to the pride of the strong, and their holy places will be desecrated.

Destruction has come, and they will seek peace, but there is none.

Disaster upon disaster will come, and rumor upon rumor will occur; and they will seek a vision from a prophet, and instruction will be lost from the priest, and counsel from the elders.

The king will mourn, and the prince will be clothed with desolation, and the hands of the people of the land will be troubled by their ways; I will deal with them according to their ways, and I will judge them by their judgments, and they will know that I am יהוה.
