Who is like the wise one? And who knows the interpretation of a matter? The wisdom of a person makes his face shine, and the hardness of his face is changed.

I, from the mouth of the king, keep, and concerning the word of an oath of Elohim.

Do not hurry from his presence; go. Do not stand in an evil matter, for whatever he desires, he does.

Where the word of the king is, authority; and who says to him, 'What are you doing?'

The one who keeps a command knows no evil matter, and a wise heart knows time and judgment.

For for every desire there is a time and judgment, because the evil of man is great upon him.

For he does not know what will be, for how it will be, who can tell him?

No person has authority over the wind to restrain the wind, and no authority over the day of death, and no sending out in war, and wickedness does not deliver its owner.

All this I have seen, and I have applied my heart to every deed that is done under the sun, when a person has authority over a person to his harm.

And then I saw the wicked buried, and they came, and from a holy place they walked and were forgotten in the city where it was done like this. This also is vanity.

Because the sentence for an evil deed is not quickly executed, therefore the hearts of the children of man are full of them to do evil.

Though a sinner does evil a hundred times and prolongs it for himself, yet I know that it will be well for those who fear Elohim, who fear before Him.

And it will not be well for the wicked, and he will not prolong his days like a shadow, because he does not fear before Elohim.

There is vanity that is done on the earth, that there are righteous ones to whom it happens according to the deeds of the wicked, and there are wicked ones to whom it happens according to the deeds of the righteous. I said that this also is vanity.

And I praised joy, because there is nothing good for a person under the sun except to eat, and to drink, and to rejoice, and this will accompany him in his labor, the days of his life which Elohim has given him under the sun.

When I applied my heart to know wisdom and to see the matter that is done on the earth, for even by day and by night, sleep is not in his eyes.

And I saw all the deeds of Elohim, because a person cannot find the deed that is done under the sun, because the person labors to seek and does not find. And even if the wise person says he knows, he cannot find.
