And it will be, if you listen diligently to the voice of יהוה your Elohim, to guard to do all His commandments which I am commanding you today, then יהוה your Elohim will set you high above all the nations of the earth.

And all these blessings will come upon you and overtake you, because you listen to the voice of יהוה your Elohim.

You are blessed in the city, and you are blessed in the field.

Blessed is the fruit of your body, and the fruit of your ground, and the fruit of your livestock, the young of your cattle, and the offspring of your flocks.

Blessed is your basket and your kneading bowl.

You are blessed in your coming in, and you are blessed in your going out.

יהוה will give your enemies who rise up against you struck down before you; by one way they will go out against you, and by seven ways they will flee before you.

יהוה will command with you the blessing in your storehouses, and in all the work of your hand, and He will bless you in the land which יהוה your Elohim is giving you.

יהוה will establish you to Himself as a holy people, just as He swore to you, if you guard the commandments of יהוה your Elohim and walk in His ways.

And all the peoples of the earth will see that the name of יהוה is called upon you, and they will fear you.

And יהוה will make you overflow with good, in the fruit of your body, and in the fruit of your livestock, and in the fruit of your ground, on the land which יהוה swore to your fathers to give you.

יהוה will open to you His good treasure, the heavens, to give rain to your land in its season, and to bless all the work of your hand, and you will lend to many nations, and you will not borrow.

And יהוה will make you a head and not a tail, and you will be only upward, and you will not be downward, because you listen to the commandments of יהוה your Elohim which I am commanding you today to guard and to do.

And you will not turn aside from all the words which I am commanding you today, to the right or to the left, to go after other elohim to serve them.

And it will be, if you do not listen to the voice of יהוה your Elohim, to guard to do all His commandments and His statutes which I am commanding you today, then all these curses will come upon you and overtake you.

You are cursed in the city, and you are cursed in the field.

Cursed is your basket and your kneading bowl.

Cursed is the fruit of your body, and the fruit of your ground, and the young of your cattle, and the offspring of your flocks.

You are cursed in your coming in, and you are cursed in your going out.

יהוה will send upon you the curse, the confusion, and the rebuke, in all the work of your hand which you do, until you are destroyed and until you perish quickly, because of the evil of your deeds, because you have forsaken Me.

יהוה will cling to you the pestilence, until He has consumed you from the land which you are coming to possess.

יהוה will strike you with consumption, and with fever, and with inflammation, and with burning heat, and with the sword, and with blight, and with mildew, and they will pursue you until you perish.

And your heavens which are over your head will be bronze, and the earth which is under you will be iron.

יהוה will give the rain of your land dust and powder; from the heavens it will descend upon you until you are destroyed.

יהוה will give you struck down before your enemies; by one way you will go out against them, and by seven ways you will flee before them, and you will be a horror to all the kingdoms of the earth.

And your carcass will be food to all the birds of the heavens and to the beasts of the earth, and there will be no one to frighten them away.

יהוה will strike you with the boils of Mitsrayim, and with hemorrhoids, and with the scab, and with the itch, with which you cannot be healed.

יהוה will strike you with madness, and with blindness, and with confusion of heart.

And you will grope at noon as the blind gropes in darkness, and you will not succeed in your ways, and you will be only oppressed and plundered all the days, and there will be no savior.

You will betroth a woman, and another man will lie with her; you will build a house, and you will not dwell in it; you will plant a vineyard, and you will not enjoy its fruit.

Your ox will be slaughtered before your eyes, and you will not eat from it; your donkey will be violently taken away from before you, and will not return to you; your flocks will be given to your enemies, and you will have no savior.

Your sons and your daughters will be given to another people, and your eyes will look and fail for them all the day, and there will be no power in your hand.

The fruit of your ground and all your labor will be eaten by a people whom you have not known, and you will be only oppressed and crushed all the days.

And you will be driven mad from the sight of your eyes which you will see.

יהוה will strike you with painful boils on the knees and on the legs, from which you cannot be healed, from the sole of your foot to the crown of your head.

יהוה will lead you and your king whom you will set over you, to a nation which you have not known, neither you nor your fathers, and there you will serve other elohim, wood and stone.

And you will become a horror, a proverb, and a mockery among all the peoples where יהוה will drive you.

You will bring much seed to the field, and you will gather little, because the locust will consume it.

You will plant vineyards and work them, and you will not drink wine nor gather it, because the worm will eat it.

You will have olive trees in all your territory, and you will not anoint yourself with oil, because your olives will drop off.

You will father sons and daughters, but they will not be yours, because they will go into captivity.

All your trees and the fruit of your ground the locust will inherit.

The foreigner who is in your midst will go up over you higher and higher, and you will go down lower and lower.

He will lend to you, and you will not lend to him; he will be for a head, and you will be for a tail.

And all these curses will come upon you, and will pursue you and overtake you until you are destroyed, because you did not listen to the voice of יהוה your Elohim, to guard His commandments and His statutes which He commanded you.

And they will be on you as a sign and as a wonder, and on your offspring forever.

Because you did not serve יהוה your Elohim with joy and with a good heart, from the abundance of all things,

And you will serve your enemies whom יהוה will send against you, in hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in lack of all things; and He will put an iron yoke on your neck until He destroys you.

יהוה will bring against you a nation from afar, from the end of the earth, as the eagle swoops, a nation whose language you will not understand.

A harsh-faced nation, which will not show respect to the elder, nor favor to the young.

And they will eat the fruit of your livestock and the fruit of your ground until you are destroyed; they will not leave you grain, new wine, or olive oil, the young of your cattle, or the offspring of your flocks, until they cause you to perish.

And they will besiege you in all your towns, until your high and fortified walls, in which you trust, fall down throughout your land; and they will besiege you in all your towns throughout your land which יהוה your Elohim has given you.

And you will eat the fruit of your body, the flesh of your sons and your daughters whom יהוה your Elohim has given you, in the siege and in the distress with which your enemy will oppress you.

The man who is tender among you and very delicate, his eye will be evil toward his brother, and toward the wife of his embrace, and toward the remaining of his sons whom he leaves,

To give to one of them from the flesh of his sons whom he will eat, because he has left nothing for himself, in the siege and in the distress with which your enemy will oppress you in all your towns.

The tender and delicate woman among you, who would not venture to set the sole of her foot on the ground because of delicacy and tenderness, her eye will be evil toward the man of her embrace, and toward her son and toward her daughter,

And toward her afterbirth which comes out from between her legs, and toward her children whom she will bear, because she will eat them for lack of all things in secret, in the siege and in the distress with which your enemy will oppress you in your towns.

If you do not guard to do all the words of this law, written in this book, to fear the glorious and awesome name, יהוה your Elohim,

Then יהוה will make your plagues extraordinary, and the plagues of your offspring, great and lasting plagues, and severe and lasting sicknesses.

And He will bring back on you all the diseases of Mitsrayim, which you feared, and they will cling to you.

Also every sickness and every plague not written in this book of the law, יהוה will bring upon you until you are destroyed.

And you will be left few in number, whereas you were as the stars of the heavens in multitude, because you did not listen to the voice of יהוה your Elohim.

And it will be, just as יהוה delighted over you to do you good and to multiply you, so יהוה will delight over you to destroy you and to annihilate you, and you will be plucked from the land which you are coming to possess.

And יהוה will scatter you among all the peoples, from one end of the earth to the other end of the earth, and there you will serve other elohim, which neither you nor your fathers have known, wood and stone.

And among those nations you will find no rest, and there will be no resting place for the sole of your foot, and יהוה will give you there a trembling heart, and failing eyes, and a despairing soul.

And your life will hang in doubt before you, and you will fear night and day, and you will not be sure of your life.

In the morning you will say, 'Who will grant it to be evening?' and in the evening you will say, 'Who will grant it to be morning?' because of the fear of your heart which you will fear, and because of the sight of your eyes which you will see.

And יהוה will bring you back to Mitsrayim in ships, by the way of which I said to you, 'You will never see it again,' and you will sell yourselves there to your enemies as male and female slaves, and there will be no buyer.

These are the words of the covenant which יהוה commanded Mosheh to make with the sons of Yisra'el in the land of Mo'av, in addition to the covenant which He made with them at Ḥorev.
