We give thanks to you, Elohim, we give thanks, and your name is near. We tell of your wonders.

When I take a set time, I will judge justly.

The earth and all its inhabitants are melting. I have established its pillars. Selah.

I said to the boastful, 'Do not boast,' and to the wicked, 'Do not lift up a horn.'

Do not lift your horn on high; do not speak with a stiff neck.

For not from the east, nor from the west, and not from the desert mountains.

For Elohim is the judge; this one he lowers, and this one he raises.

For a cup is in the hand of יהוה, and the wine is thick, mixed with spices. He pours from this; indeed, all the wicked of the earth will drain it, they will drink.

But I will declare forever; I will sing to the Elohim of Ya'aqov.

And all the horns of the wicked I will cut off; the horns of the righteous will be lifted up.
