Of David. Bless, my soul, יהוה, and all that is within me, bless His holy name.

Bless, my soul, יהוה, and do not forget all His rewards.

He is the one forgiving all your iniquities, the one healing all your sicknesses.

He is the one redeeming your life from the pit, the one crowning you with lovingkindness and compassion.

He is the one satisfying with good your desire; your youth is renewed like the eagle's.

יהוה is doing righteousness and justice for all who are oppressed.

He made known His ways to Mosheh, His deeds to the sons of Yisra'el.

יהוה is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger and abundant in lovingkindness.

He will not contend forever, nor will He hold onto anger forever.

He has not dealt with us according to our sins, nor has He rewarded us according to our iniquities.

For as the height of the heavens above the earth, so His lovingkindness is great over those who fear Him.

As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us.

As a father has compassion on his sons, so יהוה has compassion on those who fear Him.

For He knows our frame; He remembers that we are dust.

A human being, his days are like grass; like a field's flower, so he flourishes.

For a wind passes over it, and it is gone, and its place no longer recognizes it.

But the lovingkindness of יהוה is from everlasting to everlasting upon those who fear Him, and His righteousness to sons of sons,

for those who keep His covenant and remember His precepts to do them.

יהוה has established His throne in the heavens, and His kingdom rules over all.

Bless יהוה, His angels, mighty in strength, doing His word, obeying the voice of His word.

Bless יהוה, all His hosts, His servants, doing His will.

Bless יהוה, all His works, in all places of His dominion. Bless, my soul, יהוה.
