Happy the man who did not walk in the counsel of wicked ones, and in the way of sinners did not stand, and in the seat of mockers did not sit.

But in the instruction of יהוה is his delight, and in His instruction he meditates day and night.

And he will be like a tree planted by streams of water, which gives its fruit in its season, and its leaf will not wither, and all that he does will succeed.

Not so the wicked ones, but like the chaff which the wind blows away.

Therefore the wicked ones will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous.

For יהוה knows the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked ones will perish.
