And יהוה spoke to Mosheh, saying:

Speak to the sons of Yisra'el and say to them, 'Any man who will set apart a vow, by your valuation of souls to יהוה,

then your valuation, the male, from twenty years and until sixty years, then your valuation shall be fifty shekels of silver, by the shekel of the sanctuary.

And if she, the female, then your valuation shall be thirty shekels.

And if from five years and until twenty years, then your valuation, the male, shall be twenty shekels, and for the female, ten shekels.

And if from one month and until five years, then your valuation, the male, shall be five shekels of silver, and for the female, your valuation shall be three shekels of silver.

And if from sixty years and upward, if male, then your valuation shall be fifteen shekels, and for the female, ten shekels.

And if he is weak from your valuation, then you shall set him before the priest, and the priest shall value him according to what the hand of the one vowing can afford; the priest shall value him.

And if an animal, from which they will bring a sacrifice to יהוה, whatever he gives from it to יהוה shall be holy.

He shall not exchange it, nor shall he substitute it, good for bad, or bad for good. And if he substitutes animal for animal, then it and its substitute shall be holy.

And if any unclean animal, from which they will not bring a sacrifice to יהוה, then you shall set the animal before the priest.

And the priest shall value it, between good and bad; as your valuation, the priest, so it shall be.

And if he will redeem it, then he shall add a fifth of it to your valuation.

And a man, if he consecrates his house, holy to יהוה, then the priest shall value it, between good and bad; as the priest values it, so it shall stand.

And if the one consecrating redeems his house, then he shall add a fifth of the silver of your valuation to it, and it shall be his.

And if from the field of his possession he consecrates to יהוה, then your valuation shall be according to its sowing; a homer of barley seed for fifty shekels of silver.

If he consecrates his field from the year of the Jubilee, according to your valuation it shall stand.

And if after the Jubilee he consecrates his field, then the priest shall calculate the silver for him according to the years remaining until the year of the Jubilee, and it shall be deducted from your valuation.

And if the one consecrating redeems the field, then he shall add a fifth of the silver of your valuation to it, and it shall stand for him.

And if he does not redeem the field, and if he sells the field to another man, then it shall not be redeemed again.

And the field, when it goes out in the Jubilee, shall be holy to יהוה, like a field devoted to destruction; it shall be the priest's possession.

And if he consecrates a field of his purchase, which is not from the field of his possession, to יהוה,

then the priest shall calculate for him the price of its valuation until the year of the Jubilee, and he shall give the valuation on that day, holy to יהוה.

In the year of the Jubilee, the field shall return to him from whom he bought it, to him to whom the possession of the land belongs.

And all your valuation shall be by the shekel of the sanctuary; twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.

Only the firstborn, which is firstborn to יהוה among animals, no man shall consecrate it; whether ox or sheep, it is יהוה's.

And if from an unclean animal, then he shall redeem it by your valuation, and he shall add a fifth of it to it. And if he does not redeem it, then it shall be sold by your valuation.

Only, any devoted thing which a man devotes to יהוה from all that belongs to him, from man and animal, and from the field of his possession, shall not be sold nor redeemed; any devoted thing is most holy to יהוה.

Any devoted thing which is devoted from mankind shall not be redeemed; he shall surely be put to death.

And all the tithe of the land, from the seed of the land, from the fruit of the tree, belongs to יהוה; it is holy to יהוה.

And if a man redeems from his tithe, he shall add a fifth of it to it.

And all the tithe of the herd and of the flock, whatever passes under the staff, the tenth one shall be holy to יהוה.

He shall not distinguish between good and bad, nor shall he substitute it. And if he substitutes it, then it and its substitute shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.

These are the commandments which יהוה commanded Mosheh for the sons of Yisra'el on Mount Sinai.
