And Iyov answered יהוה and said,

I know that you can do all things, and no purpose is hidden from you.

Who is this hiding counsel without knowledge? Therefore, I have declared, and I do not understand; they are wonderful things beyond me, and I do not know.

Listen, please, and I will speak; I will ask you, and you will inform me.

By the hearing of the ear I heard you, but now my eye sees you.

Therefore, I despise and repent in dust and ashes.

And it happened after יהוה spoke these words to Iyov, יהוה said to Elifaz the Temani, My anger is hot against you and against your two friends, because you have not spoken about me what is right, like my servant Iyov.

And now, take for yourselves seven bulls and seven rams, and go to my servant Iyov, and offer a burnt offering for yourselves. And Iyov my servant will pray for you. For I will accept his face, so that I do not deal with you according to your folly, because you have not spoken about me what is right, like my servant Iyov.

And Elifaz the Temani and Bildad the Shuchi, Tsophar the Na'amati went, and they did as יהוה commanded them. And יהוה accepted the face of Iyov.

And יהוה turned the captivity of Iyov when he prayed for his friends. And יהוה added to all that Iyov had, double.

And all his brothers and all his sisters and all his former acquaintances came to him, and they ate bread with him in his house, and they mourned for him, and they comforted him concerning all the trouble that יהוה had brought upon him. And each one gave him a qesitah and each one a gold earring.

And יהוה blessed the latter end of Iyov more than his beginning. And he had fourteen thousand sheep and six thousand camels and a thousand yoke of oxen and a thousand female donkeys.

And he had seven sons and three daughters.

And he called the name of the first Yemimah, and the name of the second Qetsiyah, and the name of the third Qeren Happuk.

And no women as beautiful as the daughters of Iyov were found in all the land. And their father gave them an inheritance among their brothers.

And Iyov lived after this one hundred and forty years, and he saw his sons and his sons' sons, four generations.

And Iyov died, old and full of days.
