Indeed, my heart trembles for this, and leaps from its place.

Listen, listen to His voice in thunder, and the sound coming from His mouth.

He sends it under all the heavens, and His light to the corners of the earth.

After it, a voice roars; יהוה thunders with His majestic voice. He does not hold them back when His voice is heard.

Elohim thunders with His voice, doing wonders, great things we cannot know.

For He says to the snow, 'Be on the earth,' and to the rain and His mighty rains,

He seals the hand of every man, so that all men may know His work.

Then the animal enters from its hiding place, and dwells in its dens.

From the chamber comes the storm, and from the scattered places, the hail.

From the breath of Elohim comes the ice, and the breadth of the waters in the solid expanse.

Indeed, He loads the thick cloud with moisture; He scatters the cloud of His light.

And it turns about by His guidance, for His purposes, all that He commands them on the face of the whole earth.

Whether for a rod, or for His land, or for mercy, He causes it to be found.

Listen to this, Iyov; stand and consider the wonders of Elohim.

Do you know how Eloah arranges them, and causes the light of His cloud to shine?

Do you know about the layers of the cloud, the wonders of the one perfect in knowledge?

Your garments are warm when He makes the earth still from the south.

Will you spread out with Him the strong skies, like a mirror of solid metal?

Tell us what we should say to Him; we cannot arrange our words because of darkness.

Should it be told to Him that I speak? Or if a man says, 'I will be swallowed up,'

And now, they do not see the light; it is bright in the skies, and the wind has passed and cleansed them.

From the north comes gold; Eloah surrounds Himself with awesome majesty.

Shaddai, we cannot find Him; He is mighty in strength, and justice, and abundant righteousness; He does not oppress.

Therefore, men fear Him; He does not look upon any who are wise of heart.
