Do not hurry with your mouth, and your heart do not rush to bring out a word before Elohim, because Elohim is in the heavens and you are on the earth; therefore let your words be few.

For a dream comes with much business, and a fool's voice with many words.

When you make a vow to Elohim, do not delay to pay it, for He has no pleasure in fools; pay what you vow.

It is better that you do not vow than that you vow and do not pay.

Do not let your mouth cause your flesh to sin, and do not say before the messenger that it was a mistake. Why should Elohim be angry at your voice and destroy the work of your hands?

For in the multitude of dreams and in many words there is also vanity, but fear Elohim.

If you see oppression of the poor and the perversion of justice and righteousness in a province, do not be amazed at the matter, for the high official watches over the high one, and there are higher ones over them.

But the profit of the land is in everything; even a king is served by a field.

He who loves silver will not be satisfied with silver, nor he who loves abundance with profit. This too is vanity.

When goods increase, those who consume them increase. So what is the advantage to their owners, except to look at them?

The sleep of a laborer is sweet, whether he eats little or much, but the abundance of the rich does not let him sleep.

There is a grievous evil that I have seen under the sun: riches kept by their owners to their harm.

And those riches perish through a bad business, and if he has a son, there is nothing in his hand.

As he came from his mother's womb, so he will return, naked as he came, and he will take nothing for his labor which he can carry in his hand.

This also is a grievous evil: as he came, so he will go, and what advantage is there for him that he labored for the wind?

All his days he eats in darkness, with much grief and sickness and anger.

Behold, what I have seen to be good and fitting is to eat and drink and find enjoyment in all the labor under the sun during the few days of his life that Elohim has given him, for this is his portion.

Also, every man to whom Elohim has given riches and wealth, and power to eat from them and to take his portion and to rejoice in his labor—this is a gift of Elohim.

For he will not remember many days of his life, because Elohim answers him with the joy of his heart.
