The tenth new moon was reported in multiple locations on 15 December (2020Dec_New_Moon_Report). However, Israel had no positive reports on 15 December but would have been easily visible on 16 December if weather permitted. I am sorry if you submitted a report and it didn’t work as there was a problem with the reporting form.

The 9th new moon is expected to be visible 16 November in most locations including Israel if weather permits. The estimate for 15 November is included but the new moon is unlikely to be visible in Central and South America.
