Shalom Aleichem,
The Aviv new moon is likely to be visible in the United States on March 19 and Israel on March 20. Due to the current war in the Middle East, Aviv reports might not be possible, but the timing has always been confirmed this close to the vernal equinox. If reports are available, we will share the reports or links to them.
