Devarim (Deuteronomy) 1:3
וַֽיְהִי בְּאַרְבָּעִים שָׁנָה בְּעַשְׁתֵּֽי-עָשָׂר חֹדֶשׁ בְּאֶחָד לַחֹדֶשׁ דִּבֶּר מֹשֶׁה אֶל-בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל כְּכֹל אֲשֶׁר צִוָּה יהוה אֹתוֹ אֲלֵהֶֽם
vayehvi be’arba’im shanah be’ashtei-asar chodesh be’echad lachodesh diber mosheh el-vnei yisrael kekol asher tzivah יהוה oto alehem
And it was in the fortieth year, in the eleventh month, on the first of the month, Mosheh spoke to the sons of Yisra’el, according to all which יהוה commanded him concerning them.

bayyōm `eśərîm wəʼarəbā`â lə`ašəṯê-`āśār ḥōdeš hū-ḥōdeš šəḇāṭ bišənat šəttayim ləḏāryāweš hāyâ ḏəḇār-יהוה ʼel-zəḵaryâ ḇen-ḇereḵyâw ḇen-`iḏʼō hannāḇî lēʼmōr
On the twenty-fourth day of the eleventh month, which is the month of Shevat, in the second year of Daryavesh, the word of יהוה came to Zekharyah son of Berekhyah son of ‘Iddo the prophet, saying:
