כִּי־בָחַ֣ר יְהֹוָ֣ה בְּצִיּ֑וֹן אִ֝וָּ֗הּ לְמוֹשָׁ֥ב לֽוֹ׃
זֹאת־מְנוּחָתִ֥י עֲדֵי־עַ֑ד פֹּה־אֵ֝שֵׁ֗ב כִּ֣י אִוִּתִֽיהָ׃
Ki vaḥar יהוה betsiyyon ivvah lemoshav lo.
Zot menuḥati ‘adeh ‘ad, po eshev ki ivvitiha.
For יהוה has chosen Zion; He has desired it for His habitation.
This is My resting place forever; Here will I dwell; for I have desired it.
Tehillim (Psalms) 132:13-14

Tenth New Moon in Miqra
חֹדֶשׁ הָעֲשִׂירִי / חֹדֶשׁ טֵבֵת
Bereishit (Genesis) 8:5
וּבַחֹדֶשׁ הָעֲשִׂירִי בְּאֶחָד לַחֹדֶשׁ נִרְאוּ רָאשֵׁי הֶהָרִים
uva-chodesh ha-asiri be-echad la-chodesh nir’u rashei he-harim
And in the tenth month, on the first day of the month, the tops of the mountains appeared.
Melachim II (2 Kings) 25:1
וַיְהִי בִשְׁנַת הַתְּשִׁיעִית לְמָלְכוֹ בַּחֹדֶשׁ הָעֲשִׂירִי בֶּעָשׂוֹר לַחֹדֶשׁ בָּא נְבוּכַדְנֶאצַּר מֶלֶךְ־בָּבֶל עַל־יְרוּשָׁלִַם

Divrei Hayamim I (1 Chronicles) 27:13

ha-asiri la-chodesh ha-asiri Machrai ha-Netofati la-Zarchi ve-al machalukto esrim ve-arba’ah elef
The tenth captain for the tenth month was Maharai the Netophathite, of the Zerahites; and in his course were twenty and four thousand.
Ezra 10:16
וַיֵּשְׁבוּ בְּיוֹם אֶחָד לַחֹדֶשׁ הָעֲשִׂירִי לְדַרְיוֹשׁ הַדָּבָר
vayeshevu be-yom echad la-chodesh ha-asiri le-daryosh ha-davar
…and they sat down on the first day of the tenth month to examine the matter.
Esther 2:16

So Esther was taken unto King Ahasuerus into his royal house in the tenth month, which is the month Tevet, in the seventh year of his reign.
