Melachim II (2 Kings) 25:3

B’tish’ah la-chodesh, va-yechezaq ha-ra’av ba-‘ir; v’lo-hayah lechem, l’am ha-‘aretz

On the ninth day of the month, the famine became severe in the city, and there was no bread for the people of the land. (Note: The “fourth month” is contextually understood from Jeremiah 52:6.)

Divrei Hayamim I (1 Chronicles) 27:7

Ha-revi’i la-chodesh ha-revi’i, ‘Asah’el achi Yo’av, u-Zvad’yah b’no acharav; v’-‘al machaluqto, ‘esrim v’-arba’ah alef

The fourth commander, for the fourth month, was Asahel, the brother of Joab, and Zebadiah his son succeeded him; and in his division were twenty-four thousand.

Yirmiyahu (Jeremiah) 39:2

B’ashtei-‘esreh shanah l’Tzidqiyyahu, ba-chodesh ha-revi’i b’tish’ah la-chodesh, hovqə’ah ha-‘ir

In the eleventh year of Zedekiah, in the fourth month, on the ninth day of the month, the city was breached.

Yirmiyahu (Jeremiah) 52:6

Ba-chodesh ha-revi’i b’tish’ah la-chodesh, va-yechezaq ha-ra’av ba-‘ir; v’lo-hayah lechem l’am ha-‘aretz

In the fourth month, on the ninth day of the month, the famine became severe in the city, and there was no bread for the people of the land.

Yechezkel (Ezekiel) 1:1

Va-y’hi bishloshim shanah, ba-revi’i ba-chamishah la-chodesh, va-‘ani v’tokh-ha-golah, ‘al-n’har-K’var; nift’chu ha-shamayim, va-‘er’eh mar’ot Elohim

And it came to pass in the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, on the fifth day of the month, as I was among the exiles by the river Kevar, that the heavens were opened, and I saw visions of God.

Zechariah 8:19

Koh-amar Adonai Tz’va’ot, tzom ha-revi’i v’tzom ha-chamishi v’tzom ha-sh’vi’i v’tzom ha-‘asiri yihyeh l’veit-Y’hudah l’sason u-l’simchah, u-l’mo’adim tovim; v’ha-’emet v’ha-shalom ehavu

So said the Lord of Hosts: The fast of the fourth [month], the fast of the fifth [month], the fast of the seventh [month], and the fast of the tenth [month] shall be for the house of Judah for joy and happiness and for happy holidays—but [promote] truth and peace.
