כִּי־בָחַ֣ר יְהֹוָ֣ה בְּצִיּ֑וֹן אִ֝וָּ֗הּ לְמוֹשָׁ֥ב לֽוֹ׃
זֹאת־מְנוּחָתִ֥י עֲדֵי־עַ֑ד פֹּה־אֵ֝שֵׁ֗ב כִּ֣י אִוִּתִֽיהָ׃
Ki vaḥar יהוה betsiyyon ivvah lemoshav lo.
Zot menuḥati ‘adeh ‘ad, po eshev ki ivvitiha.
For יהוה has chosen Zion; He has desired it for His habitation.
This is My resting place forever; Here will I dwell; for I have desired it.

הַתְּשִׁיעִי לַחֹדֶשׁ הַתְּשִׁיעִי אֲבִיעֶזֶר הָעַנְּתֹתִי לְבִנְיָמִינִי וְעַל מַחֲלֻקְתּוֹ עֶשְׂרִים וְאַרְבָּעָה אָלֶף
hat-tə-šî-‘î la-ḥō-deš hat-tə-šî-‘î ’ă-ḇî-‘e-zer hā-‘an-nə-tō-ṯî lə-ḇin-yā-mî-nî wə-‘al ma-ḥă-luq-tōw ‘eś-rîm wə-’ar-bā-‘āh ’ā-lef
The ninth, for the ninth month, was Abiezer the Anathothite, of the Benjamite, and over his division were twenty-four thousand.
Ezra 10:9
וַיִּקָּבְצ֣וּ כָל־אַנְשֵֽׁי־יְהוּדָה וּבִנְיָמִ֨ן ׀ לִשְׁלֹ֣שֶׁת הַיָּמִ֗ים אֶל־יְרוּשָׁלִַ֜ם בְּעֶשְׂרִ֣ים לַחֹ֥דֶשׁ הַתְּשִׁיעִ֖י כָּל־הָעָ֗ם יֹשְׁבִ֛ים בִּרְחוֹב֙ בֵּ֣ית הָאֱלֹהִ֔ים מַרְעִידִ֥ים עַל־הַדָּבָ֖ר וּמֵהַגְּשָׁמִֽים׃
Vayyiqqābəṣū khāl-’anšê-Yəhūdāh ūḇinyāmîn lišlōšeṯ hayyāmîm ’el-Yərūšālim bə‘eśrîm laḥōdeš hattəšî‘î khāl-hā‘ām yōšəḇîm birḥōḇ bêṯ hā’ĕlōhîm mar‘îḏîm ‘al-haddāḇār ūmêhaggəšāmîm.
And all the men of Judah and Benjamin gathered within three days to Jerusalem on the twentieth of the ninth month; all the people sitting in the plaza at the house of God trembling on account of the matter and because of the heavy rain.
Nechemiah (Nehemiah) 1:1
דִּבְרֵ֥י נְחֶמְיָ֖ה בֶּן־חֲכַלְיָ֑ה וַיְהִ֗י בְּחֹֽדֶשׁ־כִּסְלֵ֤יו שְׁנַת־עֶשְׂרִים֙ וָאָנֹכִ֣י הָיִ֔יתִי בִּשְׁוָשָׁ֖ן הַבִּירָֽה׃
Divrei Nehemyah ben-Hakalyah vayhi bechodesh-Kislev shenat-esrim va’anokhi hayiti bishvashan habbirah.
The words of Nehemiah son of Hacaliah. And it came to pass in the month of Chislev, in the twentieth year, and I was in the citadel of Susa.
Yirmiyahu (Jeremiah) 36:9
וַיְהִ֣י בַּחֹ֣דֶשׁ הַתְּשִׁעִ֔י בַּשָּׁנָ֣ה הַ֠חֲמִשִׁית לִיהוֹיָקִ֨ים בֶּן־יֹאשִׁיָּ֤הוּ מֶֽלֶךְ־יְהוּדָה֙ צ֜וֹם לִפְנֵ֧י יְהוָ֛ה קָרְא֨וּ לְכָל־הָעָ֖ם בִּירֽוּשָׁלִָ֑ם וּלְכָל־הַבָּאִ֛ים מֵעָרֵ֥י יְהוּדָ֖ה בִּירוּשָׁלִָֽם׃
vayhi baḥodesh hattəšiʿi baššanah haḥămišit lîhôyāqîm ben-yôʾîšiyyāhû melek-yəhûdâ ṣôm lifnê יהוה qārəʾû ləkāl-hāʿām bîrûšālāim ûləkāl-habbāʾîm mêʿārê yəhûdâ bîrûšālāim.
And it came to pass in the ninth month in the fifth year of Jehoiakim son of Josiah king of Judah a fast before יהוה they proclaimed to all the people in Jerusalem and to all who had come from the cities of Judah in Jerusalem.
Yirmiyahu (Jeremiah) 36:22
וְהַמֶּלֶךְ יוֹשֵׁב בְּבֵית הַחֹרֶף בַּחֹדֶשׁ הַתְּשִׁיעִי וְהָאָח מְבֹעָרֶת לְפָנָיו׃
wəhammeleḵ yōšēḇ bəḇêṯ haḥōrep baḥōḏeš hattəšî‘î wəhā’āḥ məḇō‘āreṯ ləp̄ānāw.
And the king is sitting in the house of the winter in the ninth month and the fire-pot burning is before him.
Chaggai (Haggai) 2:10
בְּעֶשְׂרִ֤ים וְאַרְבָּעָה֙ לַתְּשִׁיעִ֔י בִּשְׁנַ֥ת שְׁתַּ֖יִם לְדָרְיָ֑וֶשׁ הָיָ֨ה דְּבַר־יְהוָ֜ה בְּיַד־חַגַּ֣י הַנָּבִ֗יא לֵאמֹֽר׃
Bə‘eśrîm wə’arbā‘â lat-təšî‘î biš-nat šət-tayim ləḏār-yāwēš hāyâ dəḇar-יהוה bəyaḏ-ḥaggay han-nāḇî’ lê’mōr.
On the twenty-fourth day of the ninth month, in the second year of Darius, the word of יהוה came by the hand of Haggai the prophet, saying.
Chaggai (Haggai) 2:18
שִׂימוּ־לֵב מִן־הַיּוֹם הַזֶּה וָמָעְלָה מִן־עֶשְׂרִים וְאַרְבָּעָה לַתְּשִׁיעִי מִן־הַיּוֹם אֲשֶׁר יֻסַּד הֵיכַל־יְהוָה שִׂימוּ־לֵב׃
śî·mū-lêḇ min-hay·yō·wm haz·zeh wā·mā·‘ə·lāh min-‘eś·rîm wə·’ar·bā·‘āh lat·tə·šî·‘î min-hay·yō·wm ’ă·šer yus·saḏ hê·ḵal-יהוה śî·mū-lêḇ.
Set your heart from this day and upward, from the twenty-fourth of the ninth month, from the day that the temple of יהוה was founded, set your heart.
Zekharyah (Zechariah) 7:1
וַיְהִי בִשְׁנַת דָּרְיָוֶשׁ הַמֶּלֶךְ דְּבַר יְהוָה אֶל זְכַרְיָה בְּאַרְבָּעָה לַחֹדֶשׁ הַתְּשִׁיעִי בְּכִסְלֵו
vayhi bishnat dariyavesh hammelekh devar יהוה el zekharyah be’arba’ah lachodesh hatteshi’i bekhislev
And it came to pass in the fourth year of King Darius, the word of יהוה came to Zechariah on the fourth day of the ninth month, in Chislev.
