Say to all the people of the land and to the priests, saying: When you fasted and mourned in the fifth and seventh months for these seventy years, was it really for Me that you fasted?
Zechariah 8:19

Thus says יהוה of hosts: The fast of the fourth, the fast of the fifth, the fast of the seventh, and the fast of the tenth months shall be for the house of Judah joy, gladness, and cheerful feasts; therefore, love truth and peace.
