Eleventh Month in the Miqra

The eleventh month (counting from Aviv) is mentioned in only three verses in the entire Hebrew Bible.
In Zechariah it is explicitly named שְׁבָט (Shevat).

Devarim (Deuteronomy) 1:3

וַיְהִי בְּאַרְבָּעִים שָׁנָה בְּעַשְׁתֵּי־עָשָׂר חֹדֶשׁ בְּאֶחָד לַחֹדֶשׁ דִּבֶּר מֹשֶׁה אֶל־בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל כְּכֹל אֲשֶׁר צִוָּה יְהוָה אֹתוֹ אֲלֵהֶם׃

Vayhi be’arba’im shanah be’ashtei-asar chodesh be’echad lachodesh dibber Mosheh el-benei Yisra’el kekhol asher tzivvah יהוה oto aleihem.

And it came to pass in the fortieth year, in the eleventh month, on the first day of the month, that Moses spoke unto the children of Israel, according to all that יהוה had given him in commandment unto them.

Divrei Hayamim I (1 Chronicles) 27:14

הָעַשְׁתֵּי עָשָׂר לְחֹדֶשׁ הָעַשְׁתֵּי עָשָׂר בְּנָיָהוּ הַפִּרְעָתוֹנִי מִן־אֶפְרַיִם וְעַל מַחֲלֻקְתּוֹ עֶשְׂרִים וְאַרְבָּעָה אָלֶף׃

Ha’ashtei asar lechodesh ha’ashtei asar Benayahu hapir’aton i min-Efrayim ve’al machalukto esrim ve’arba’ah elef.

The eleventh captain for the eleventh month was Benaiah the Pirathonite, of the children of Ephraim; and in his course were twenty and four thousand.

Zechariah 1:7

בְּיוֹם עֶשְׂרִים וְאַרְבָּעָה לְעַשְׁתֵּי־עָשָׂר חֹדֶשׁ הוּא־חֹדֶשׁ שְׁבָט בִּשְׁנַת שְׁתַּיִם לְדָרְיָוֶשׁ הָיָה דְבַר־יְהוָה אֶל־זְכַרְיָה בֶּן־בֶּרֶכְיָהוּ בֶּן־עִדּוֹ הַנָּבִיא לֵאמֹר׃

Beyom esrim ve’arba’ah le’ashtei-asar chodesh hu-chodesh Shevat bishnat shetayim leDaryavesh hayah devar-יהוה el-Zekharyah ben-Berekhyahu ben-Iddo hanavi lemor.

Upon the four and twentieth day of the eleventh month, which is the month of Shevat, in the second year of Darius, came the word of יהוה unto Zechariah the son of Berechiah, the son of Iddo, the prophet, saying.
